Do you accept cash on delivery?
No. Rang Riva accepts prepaid online orders only.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping within India is charged at ₹100 per order unless a different promotional rate is clearly displayed at checkout.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are normally dispatched on the same or next working day after payment and order verification.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery after dispatch is one to two working days within Gujarat and three to five working days elsewhere in India. Courier, weather, holiday or location-related delays may occasionally occur.
Do you accept returns?
No. Change-of-mind returns and cash refunds are not available. Please review all images, video and product details before ordering.
How do I request an exchange?
Contact care@rangriva.com or our customer-care number within seven calendar days of delivery. Keep the item unused, unwashed, unworn and in its original condition with tags and packaging.
Who pays exchange shipping?
For an approved normal exchange, the customer pays return and re-dispatch courier charges. If Rang Riva confirms a wrong or defective item, handling will follow the published Exchange & No Return Policy.
Can I see a saree on video before ordering?
Yes, where available. Message our team on WhatsApp from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM for personal video shopping assistance.
Will product colours look exactly the same on my screen?
We aim to show colours accurately, but screens, lighting and photography can cause small differences. Ask for video assistance if colour matching is important.
